Is there a way to disable the client-side <duration_correction_factor> for a specific project in the project configuration?

Currently SZTAKI has WUs with an unpredictable runtime between a few minutes and a few weeks.

If the BOINC client adjusts the <duration_correction_factor> after a few short WUs, it will download way too much if a series of long WU comes in.

If the project config cannot disable duration adjustment yet, it would be a very good addition for future versions
