You may already know that folding@home team has developed a Chrome app allowing to fold directly with Google Chrome by going to http://folding.stanford.edu/nacl/ Is it possible to built a similar Chrome app for BOINC projects? If yes, is there any project going on either by BOINC developers or as an independent project? ![]() PS: Additional informations https://folding.stanford.edu/home/the-release-of-our-latest-foldinghome-desktop-client/ |

No details on the Chrome app, but there is a Facebook app that supported Rosetta@home, Africa@home, and ClimatePrediction.net. Been a while since I looked at it. It was called Progress through processors. http://www.zdnet.com/article/progress-through-processors-intels-new-facebook-app/ https://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/forum_thread.php?id=4154 ![]() |

The Progress Through Processors Facebbok "app" doesn't actually do any computing, it's just a link with GridRepublic, one of the account managers. My Detailed BOINC Stats ![]() |
