BES (Battle Encoder Shirase) was working just fine and after updating BOINC to version 7.6.33,
while BES still says it is watching the folder I've set it to watch, it is no longer limiting any BOINC thread. I've tried closing BES and opening it again and the same with BOINC and the issue remains unsolved.

Did this happen to any of you?
Do you have any idea for the cause of this issue?

Did you also update BES?
Which folder is it watching?

I've found the solution: now you have to run BES as admin.
