My processor is at a constant 100% load using BOINC. My current project is Rosetta. I want to keep this process running regulate it down so it's not a that constant 100. Lessening it down to 40-50% is ideal for me. I tried the app data thing but I know nothing about that or what to do.

I am using TThrottle and set the max cpu to 50% percent which goes down around there on my CPU monitor. It has not been updated for a while but is TThrottle good for accomplishing what I want?
