Just updated to BOINC 7.8.2, and through the last couple of updates BOINC does not start automatically on one PC running Win 7. I think, in the past, I have removed BOINC before installing the newer version. Under System Configuration, Startup: two BOINC clients are checked (HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current...) and two are not checked (C:\users\[me]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Win...).
