Can anyone please give an idea abt how to implemnet the BOINC server for a small project which we've decided to do for our under graduate program?Since we are beginners in this area we are struggling.

Annie, you can find all that information from Create Project.
The BOINC CVS can be found on this link and how to download BOINC, from here.

what you've said is right.But when i execute the command cvs -d :pserver:anonymous:@alien.ssl.berkeley.edu:/home/cvs/cvsroot checkout boinc...its saying unknown host alien.ssl.berkeley.edu
