Now other users can't send him a PM. The system supplies his user number and in parenthesis his user name. The system reads the comma in his user name as a delimiter for the next user name and fails. Please advise him and the other users that the user name is not needed, and can be deleted, to allow the message to be sent to its destination via the user ID number alone. Frankly the correct thing is to prevent special characters in [new] user names. All of them including non-printing. Solves many many issues. And once written the code could be used for subject lines on the boards solving the issues there too. ID: 88799 ·
