Installing the new 16.3, I got an error saying boinc.scr was wrong. I retried several times, but the error was persistant. I ignored it, and the install continued. Windows 8.1.

And this morning, I find I shouldn't of downloaded it at all. Quite annoying.

Something I've noticed since re-establishing 7-14-2 is that the notices tab in the manager is blank. I get messages saying something has been posted, but the tab is blank. Probably not important.

Try switching to another tab then back to notices.
