Hi!
I'm doing some tests on Azure.
Running a VM with 2 CPU cores at 2,3Ghz.
Boinc only sees 1, while LSCPU clearly states 1 thread per core, 2 cores per die, 1 die.

Boinc downloads some WUs, but only starts one.
I have plenty of RAM for only 2 cores (8GB), and 6 CPU projects loaded.

I run linux, ubuntu 18.04 serer, and don't have access to the GUI manager.
I tried editing cc_config.xml, by adding <ncpus>2</ncpus>, but that didn't help.

How do I enable the 2nd CPU?

Nevermind!
Seems like globalprefs.xml had CPU set to 66%; I set it to 100, and 2 cores are working now.
