So I've used boinc before, I'm a data analyst I understand basic logic but the BAM account manager, when I try to open an account, complains my email already exists (yes I'm part of boinc of course it does) but offers ZERO guidance on what to do. I don't understand... If I have an account why can't I access it and if I don't why can't I make one? See the frustration causing code starting to eat ma? Help! I just want to make and use my bam.account and there's zero guidance. How do I make an account if it simply vomits up "email taken" and stops cold. Like um so what? Doesn't this mean I already HAVE an account so instead of locking me.out maybe help me back in to help for free!?[/b] |

I know that this does not help much but BAM is not part of Boinc, it is totally independent software written by Willy De Zutter and maintained by him. You could try searching the forum on that site, searches on both mail exists and login bring up threads that could be relevant. |
