Hi There,
I think the Daily Scheduler should be more flexible. You can see the idea below.
Set some profiles for CPU usages as;
P1: limit CPU usage 20%
P2: limit CPU usage 50%
P3: limit CPU usage 100%
then
08:00 - 17:00 Use P1
17:00 - 24:00 Use P2
24:00 - 08:00 Use P3

Some torrent clients are capable to something like this to limit download/upload speed.

Since we've been asking for it for 13 years and no one has ever seen it fit to add it, I don't think it's ever going to happen.
