This seems to be fedora related problem, hope they fix it soon.

New test version of fedora and new version of boinc, different error. Fedora 8 test 3 x86_64 and boinc 5.10.21 linux/x64.

I have the same problem on a Gentoo 64 box (boinc 5.10.21 linux/x64)

The problem is that there was something wrong with the build!!!!

boincmgr is a pure ELF32 executable !!!
