I just installed Boinc on a Linux system (openSUSE, FWIW). I successfully started it, ran the benchmarks and connected to the two projects I'm signed up for. However, whenever I allow it to begin running both projects tell me that no new jobs have been received because of my limit of 0.00GB doesn't have enough space (paraphrasing). I've looked at my global_prefs.xml and global_prefs_override.xml and both indicate what I had configured which is 2.0GB of max space to be used. Has anyone else ever run into this problem before? How do I correct it? -Mathew |

Could you post your BOINC startup messages and the contents of your global_prefs.xml and global_prefs_override.xml files, please? |

You should also check the leave at least GB and use at most percentage preferences. The disk space available for BOINC is determined using all 3 preferences and the message generated by the server doesn't indicate which one prevented work from being sent.
