SETI and Eintein work fine, but Tue 19 May 2009 01:53:12 PM CDT|rosetta@home|Message from server: An additional 177 MB is needed. Tue 19 May 2009 02:34:03 PM CDT|Cosmology@Home|Message from server: CAMB needs 473.30MB more disk space. You currently have 126.70 MB available and it needs 600.00 MB. even though I have 19 GIGabytes free. ~# df -k Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/sda5 48062468 26606140 19014852 59% / tmpfs 744164 0 744164 0% /lib/init/rw varrun 744164 212 743952 1% /var/run varlock 744164 0 744164 0% /var/lock udev 744164 2864 741300 1% /dev tmpfs 744164 208 743956 1% /dev/shm lrm 744164 2004 742160 1% /lib/modules/2.6.27-11-generic/volatile And the numbers don't change when I change my parameters for free space or increas the actual amount of space available. Also, rosetta runs fine on a smaller machine. What is the trick? --Carey |

Just to be sure: you know that there are three values to adjust? Those are mine: Use at most 2 GB disk space Leave at least 0.05 GB disk space free Use at most 50% of total disk space Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) ![]() |
