Came across an interesting bug.
On comps with more then one Firefox profile using the Firefox profile manager will be disabled with this version of BOINC, unless you use the BOINC Manager exit dialog. Note you can't even access FF Profile MGR via run command*. till you select that option in BOINC or do a restart.

Tested this on three comps, and issue came up on all.
Bug report also being file with Mozilla.

You mean the profile manager doesn't start up if BOINC is running, and starts working again when you quit BOINC?
