BOINC doesnt detect my CUDA card. Its a NVIDIA 9800GT, when i first installed the card, I got the message that "no cuda card installed". I googled the problem and tried a few things, and now it doesnt even detect the card. I have an onboard video card that I am using as my main video card for now. my MB is as ASUS M4785TD-V EVO, I am running Win7, and GPU-Z detects both cards and the device manager sees the card, so I am assuming the card is installed correctly. I have the latest drivers for the 9800, and also downloaded the 190(?) cuda drivers from NVIDIA, and tried those as well.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? I also did not install BOINC in "protected mode". I also uninstalled BOINC and deleted the files from the "PROGRAMDATA" folder to get a fresh install.

Please help, lol, I really only got the video card for BOINC for now...

Do a search (top left corner of this page) for
use_all_gpus
or look at Ageless's CUDA/Stream FAQ.

Your listing says: ATI GPU 0: ATI Radeon HD 2300/2400/3200
If that's the on board card, then the listing doesn't help with finding out what's wrong when you use the Nvidia card.

Ok, well, still having no luck with this, but, could it be that I need to have a monitor plugged into the card?

That will probably help, or use a dummy plug.
