I noticed that in Version 6.10.19 of BOINC the changelog reads:

To ignore (not use) specific NVIDIA or ATI GPUs. You can ignore more than one.

- client: add <exclusive_gpu_app> option: suspend GPU usage when particular apps are running

So I made a cc_config.xml and wrote inside:

     <exclusive_gpu_app>mplayer.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>mpc-hc.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>iw4sp.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>SHIFT.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>GRID.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>DIRT2.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>daorigins.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>Diablo II.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
     <exclusive_gpu_app>halo.exe</exclusive_gpu_app>
  </options>
</cc_config>  

I hopes that this will work because manual stopping my Boinc client was a little annoying all the time.
But..
It doesnot work ? any help??

ps. previous exclusive_app option worked fine but stopped cpu tasks too..

-->It just takes 10 seconds a gpu work to stop!

--> A nice message in messages tab in Boinc informing that exclusive gpu app is running would be nice! I see only a Restarting task message after exiting app.
