I am running Ubuntu 9.04 and keep getting computational error messages in boinc for all work units. I have tried ubuntu 9.10 as well and get the same errors. |

Which project(s)? 32 bit BOINC, or 64 bits? If 64 bits, have you manually installed the 32 bit libraries? Installing on Linux - 64 Bit Considerations |

No errors on overnight test with memtest, and no I am not overclocked. |

Will do as you suggested, reinstall the program and see what happens. If it gets more computational errors, I'll report the codes as requested. |

I think you hit the nail on the head, I think the fan no longer hits high speed and thus it overheats. I have it cleaned up as well as I can easily do and it seems that it is just enough to overcome the lack of fan speed. Thanks for the suggestion, I greatly appreciate it. :) |
