i have a big problem with my account. I dont know whats going wrong, but for example aqua is running under my account but it use another CPID an it dont count my credit to the overall rating.

How can i fix this problem? I use every time same Nick and Email. Out of ideas. Can a Mod or Admin put this together please?

This is a common misunderstanding about the cpids.

Each project is totally independent from the others, so that when a computer is attached to a new project, this new project doesn't know about the others.
As BOINC connects to each project, the cpids are exchanged, and the projects gradually sort out which one to use, until they all have the same one.
This process may take a few days, depending upon how often each project is contacted, and if all of the projects are contactable at the time.

Provided that you only have the one computer, all that you need to do is wait patiently.
If you have more than one, post back and this will be explained.

Yes i have two pc. But the big part of aqua is running/generated on the main-pc.
I do run Collatz on both PC, seems not to have a problem.
I am so out of ideas.

I have copied one answer to Frequently Asked Questions from BOINCstats. You can replace "BOINCstats" for any statistics site name. Perhaps that helps you solve your problem:

Why do I have duplicate/split accounts in the BOINC combined stats?

The cause of this is the CPID, Cross Project IDentifier. Every project assigns a new user a CPID. It is partly based on the email address you used to sign up, the other part is random.
The CPID is used by BOINCstats to identify a user across projects.
Whenever you sign up with a new project, you'll get a new account on BOINCstats because the CPID is new.

What to do to make sure you'll end up with one BOINCstats account:

• Use the exact same email address for every project.
  
• Run at least one system with all projects, or one system with project A and B, and one system with project B and C. If there is a project that runs isolated from the other projects, its CPID with never line up.
  

When you join a new project, this project assigns you a new CPID. This CPID can either change to the same CPID as the other projects, or the other projects change (one by one) to the new CPID.

It is impossible for me to manually edit your accounts to create one account. It would take to much time too do this for everyone. Just wait a while, and your accounts will line up automatically.

One last thing, which is not too important, but nice for the stats: use the same username across projects, otherwise you get a username like 'Al Bundy @ SAH / Al Bundy @ Predictor / A. Bundy @ CPDN'.

Is the "problem" project newly attached?

Hi, the problem appears 2 Days left, before everything was in order.
I did now switch BAM on both computer, i hope this will solve the problem in few hours/days.
I have two different CPID, thats what i find out, but i am 100% sure i use same Nick and Email. Before i used two different nick, but this was 2 Weaks ago and i solved the problem with an Aqua Admin, he reset my forgotten password and i get back full control of Aqua with my Standartnick and Email.

So, no such better with account. I try now my last trump with my second email. I switched BAM to new emailadd and i see the preojects are getting it.
I hope this will finish my prob.

finaly the problem is solved. The change of Mailadd works fine, all projekts are collected in one CPID.
The use of BAM was very helpfull.
One last problem, the BoinsStats show all projekts and credits, but the signature by BoincStats missed GPUGrid, other Stats have it, it's a little quaint that Boinc stats have and not have it.
For example;
Free-DC
and
BoincStats

You should post that question over at the BOINCstats forum. They are totally independent of the BOINC site.

Good News, all is done. I got now all my statistics in order.
I can say, switching the mailaddress in Bam>Clients finaly solf that problem with a little patience.
