Since you're posted your Boinc start up messages, but not given any background info, or asked any questions, it's hard to tell what you want to know,

You're got an app_info, but it doesn't have a section for SETI@home Enhanced in it,
since you're got a ATI Radeon HD 3800, you might be wanting to do Hybrid Astropulse_v505 work, or you might be wanting to do the Astropulse_v505 work on the CPU, hard to tell.

Do know that you're not on the Seti forums. The problem you have is not a BOINC problem, nor is it really a Seti problem.

When you start using optimized applications and something goes wrong, your best course of action is to exit BOINC completely, remove the app_info.xml file from the \BOINC\projects\setiathome.berkeley.edu\ directory, restart BOINC and reset the project.

And then try the install again with the Lunatics Installer v0.2
I can't give you a link to its download place as their site seems down to me.

You're only got Astropulse and Astropulse_v5 in your app_info, they're both obsolete now, and have been replaced with Astropulse_v505,
do as Ageless said, delete app_info and reset project, run with stock apps until Lunatics is up again.
