i was at seti at home then boinc came into being well anyways when i set up my account on this pc (running vista ) it pretty much auto setup my account
when i try to get my password from the email i am sure i registered on says its invalid... so im stuck on one project until i get this fixed.

Did you try the "Your preferences" (SETI) or "Your account" (any other project) button on the Projects tab of BOINC manager to enter your online account?

If you are still logged in, you can see the email address you used. If you end up on the "Please log in" screen, select the "forgot email address?" link to log in again. Use the path with the authenticator.

[edit]You'll have to create an account with each project you want to join (or let the wizard do it), preferably with the same email address.[/edit]
