Hello! Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I'm running Seti@home Whenever I try to log into a webpage from the Boinc manager, I get an error saying "The Application Not Found." I close that window and then another window pops up and it says, "Boinc manager tried to display the webpage "Seti@home.berkeley.edu" but couldn't find a web browser. To fix this set the enviromental variable BROWSER to the path of your web browser, then restart the BOINC manager." It doesn't explain specifically how to do this. And I don't know where to go. I've tried to uninstall the BOINC program thinking I can reset however I can't even uninstall it. Now I'm really lost. Seti@home will not download from the site anymore. I'm basically stuck. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

You have to set up your OS' default browser. See this FAQ for pointers. If your OS is not Linux, please say which OS you do use. |
