Boinc 7.0.7 for Mac is the latest beta version at the moment.
However, you can't download it from the official download page:
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php

So, here is direct links for download:
GUI (usual interface) - http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/boinc_7.0.7_macOSX_i686.zip
CLI (command line interface) - http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/boinc_7.0.7_i686-apple-darwin.zip
