Rosetta does not seem to be doing anything because it says,"work done for this project 2529" and it
never changes.

Best to ask at Rosetta, this is the Boinc Message Boards, it is not a project, we can see none of your stats here, for all we know it's for a discontinued app,
I'm not even going to try and look through every David's profile at Rosetta, there's going to be dozens,

I'll also point you to the When requesting help on these forums... , especially this bit:

Your system isn't registered at the BOINC project, so we cannot look it up and check what it's doing. It's only registered at the projects you added. We can only check what is wrong with it when you give us a link to its hostID number, as long as the system isn't hidden
