Hello,

i set boinc 7.0.25 in ubuntu to compute only when computer is idle but tasks never start. Any problem with the idle detection ?

Windows above XP? Check if boinctray.exe is running!

Yes, such problems are reported frequently with *nix systems. Did you try an (advanced) forum search?

hello again!

I upgraded ubuntu to 12.04 and boinc is 7.0.25 and the problem is still there. The tasks never start when 'only run when computer is idle" however they starts inmediately when "run always". Any help ?
