For some reason the latest version, which I dont think is the problem, has stopped recognizing my GPU. I have updated drivers for all and still no luck. Same set up different PC no issues... Any ideas?

Driver Date 7.27.12
Version 8.982.0.0

OpenCL and CAL support has been deprecated from drivers later than Cat 12.1 for Windows XP, see Hal6000's ATI Driver Version Cheat Sheet

So install drivers no later than Cat 12.1
