I loaded BOINC on a new PC and attached to my projects. However, even though one project (Rosetta@home) has been running for over 25 HOURS, it shows 0.00% progress, and never switches to a different project.

Is this specific to Rosetta, or could there be other issues?

I am having more or less the same issue. In my case, it was running fine, and hten, just stopped running. The time counter rolls up, and the timer runs down, but the percent never goes up. When hte timer runs out, it just sits there at zero. I have tried reinstalling the software multiple times, to no avail. At one time, I thought that maybe the problem was that I was trying to run Folding@Home at the same time, but the Folding@Home program was been uninstalled, and there is no change, the BOINC program atill acts just the same as it was, with the same issue.

Rosetta has just released new science applications. Any bugs you see with them, be it no progress or crashes, you need to report in their forums.
